I have enjoyed this tea every time I make a pot. The gorgeous colour as it pours pinky red , the subtle taste of spices that don’t over power. Enjoyable either warm or cold..so enjoy all year round. I have flavoured my porridge with it when I have some in the pot left over from the day before. Think I may try to make a jelly or flavoured blancmange ...
