A prized green oolong tea from Nantou county, Taiwan. Similar to Dong Ding, this tea is beautifully deep green in appearance with large, tightly rolled leaves. Once infused, the lightly oxidised leaves gradually unfurl to release their essential oils revealing complex aromatics.
