  • Brewing Fruit Tea

    Use about 1 rounded teaspoon per cup (adjust according to taste).

    Add boiling water.

    Allow to brew for 8-10 mins (or as recommended on pack label).

  • Fruit teas make infusions that are often quite bold and full flavoured. Unlike 'regular' tea they don’t contain caffeine so that makes them perfect for late night drinking and when you simply want to unwind. They also make excellent iced teas.

    Because they use dried fruits and spices they do require quite a long infusion time to get the best out of them so do be patient!
