  • Brewing Rooibos Tea

    Use about 1 heaped teaspoon per cup (adjust according to taste).

    Add boiling water.

    Allow to brew for 7-9 mins (or as recommended on pack label).

  • Rooibos is a caffeine-free bush that grows in South Africa. It produces a 'tea' that has a natural sweetness and hints of vanilla.

    Hugely popular as a healthy option it can be enjoyed naturally or as the base for a flavoured tea or added to other herb blends.

    Works well with a dash of milk.
